Brand: SENOR
Model: 4800/30 TDM
Type: Wall hanger for acoustic front wall cladding
Description:
SENOR 4800/30-TDM is a hybrid acoustic damper (steel + rubber + spring) designed for the acoustic decoupling of self-supporting plasterboard constructions from the wall. Its innovative motion-control device allows the steel bracket to move freely in both directions without restricting the pressure along the axis of the elastic element. This ensures more effective energy dissipation and improves acoustic insulation by more than 20 decibels compared to a standard wall.
The damper is manufactured using innovative KRAIBURG-TPE polymer, tested according to UNE-EN ISO 10846-1:2009, combined with a high-quality spiral steel spring produced according to DIN 2095 / UNE EN 10270 standards with anti-corrosion EPOXY coating. The resonance frequency of the polymer is 7–15 Hz, while the spring resonance frequency is 3–7 Hz. The combination of both elements provides vibration isolation across the full frequency range, including below the audible threshold of 20 Hz. The product has a proven service life of 30 years under normal operating conditions.
Advantages:
✓ Hybrid system (rubber + spring) covers the full frequency range — from below 20 Hz upward
✓ Motion-control device allows free movement in both directions
✓ Sound insulation improvement of over 20 dB compared to a standard wall
✓ Vibration reduction up to 98.7% (laboratory tested)
✓ KRAIBURG-TPE polymer with resonance frequency 7–15 Hz
✓ Spring with resonance frequency 3–7 Hz
✓ Fire resistance EI120
✓ Acoustic insulation of the system: Rw = 70 dB
✓ Product lifespan: 30 years under normal conditions
