Return of goods Cancellation of a concluded contract and refund of the paid price. On the basis of Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, a buyer who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, within seven days of delivery, has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to cancel the concluded contract by returning the ordered goods under the following conditions:1. The consumer must inform Led Spectrum OOD in advance in writing, at the following email address: [email protected], that on the basis of Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act he is canceling the contract, by necessarily indicating a bank account to which the price paid by him for the returned goods will be refunded.2. The goods must be returned personally by the consumer or by a person authorized by him with a written power of attorney with a notarized signature.3. The integrity of the original packaging of the goods placed by the manufacturer must not be violated.4. All transport and other costs of returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the consumer. Until the moment of the return of the goods by the consumer to Led Spectrum Ltd., the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the consumer. In the event that a consumer exercises his right under Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, provided that he has fulfilled the above conditions, Led Spectrum Ltd. undertakes to refund the price paid by bank transfer (to the bank account specified in the order given above) within five working days of the return of the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, the consumer is obliged to immediately inspect them and, in case he finds obvious defects, the lack of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the documents required by Bulgarian legislation, immediately inform the person carrying out the delivery. If he does not do this, the item is considered approved, and the consumer loses the right to later claim that the goods were delivered to him with obvious defects, the lack of any of the accompanying accessories and/or any of the documents required by Bulgarian legislation. Complaints about goods purchased through the online store are carried out under the rules of the Consumer Protection Act and in accordance with the terms and conditions of their commercial warranty.
