Description:Modular heavy duty platform TM300 is water-resistant and fire-resistant. Certified for a load capacity of 750 kg / m2 (2 x 1m: 1500 kg). The TM300 is weatherproof and is made of a sturdy extruded aluminum frame and a non-slip, 15 mm thick (11-ply) WISA® birch plywood panel with sealed edges.

Panel:

The TM300 panels have weather-resistant 15 mm thick, 100% birch plywood from the Finnish WISA® manufacturer. The panel has a non-slip surface with wire mesh printed by the hot pressing process and consists of 11 layers; each layer is covered with phenolic resin, making it weather resistant to bad weather and humidity (WBP).

Note: WISA® panels are printed with their own brand logo to distinguish them from imitations.

The panel is treated as water- and fire-resistant, as well as treated to protect from commonly used chemicals; features that guarantee the highest durability and durability for internal and external use. To make this panel even longer, all its edges are sealed with black acrylic paint and silicone to prevent water from penetrating.

Frame:

The TM300 has a heavy duty frame made of 94 mm special profile with high-strength extruded aluminum (EN AW 6063 80-T6 Alloy) with 4 internal reinforcing nerve. Its multifunctional continuous rail design ensures quick and easy connection to the platform, allowing easy attachment wide range of accessories: accessible stairs, safe handrails, wall sills, temporary chairs, etc.

The plywood panel is secured to the frame by a strong self-adhesive foam, 20 stainless steel and silicone screws to prevent possible noise and vibration, while contributing to overall deck resistance.

Each leg socket made of high-strength extruded aluminum is attached to the profiles using 4 M8 bolts and self-locking hexagon nuts; ensuring maximum strength and durability.

Feet hinges come with a special reinforcing protective part, which has a dual purpose:

- Prevents damage to the frame and noise when the deck is placed directly on the ground (no legs).

- Prevents scratching of the deck surface when it is stacked or transported.

The legs are easily and quickly fastened to the sockets in the frame with a push wedge that is tightened with an ergonomic metal handle; ensuring a secure and robust connection.

These guidelines do not require reinforced armature rails as their components guarantee maximum safety (armored profile, 100% birch plywood and fastening methods and components); exceeding the required load from these standards during the load tests.

The frame can be painted in different colors if necessary.

GUIL produces six types of platform legs made of high-strength aluminum and all with rounded edges:

- PTA5-T: Telescopic legs, adjustable millimeter per millimeter.

- PTA5-D: Telescopic legs with a height adjustable millimeter per millimeter.

- PTA5-P: Telescopic legs with locking pin and level, adjustable millimeter per millimeter.

- PTA-R: Telescopic legs with a hinge to make an angle for ramps or sloping settings.

- PTA5-F: Platform fixed platform feet.

- PTA5-N: Fixed leg altitudes with a level.

Connectors:

TMU-01 Profile Coupler: TM440, TM440XL, TM440XXL, TM300, TM440S and TM441 platform quick coupler that connects platforms to their rails. The TMU-01 coupling, made of galvanized surface, is designed to connect platforms located at the same height.

The profile connector and t level are a useful component as it ensures that the platforms are seamlessly held together and are perfectly level.

TMU-02 Frame Clamp Connector (Stainless Steel): Connects the workpiece to the underside of the frame, enhancing the stability of the entire scene.

Note: For every 4 telescopically stacked 70-120cm or higher legs, one stainless steel clamp connector to the foot Ref. TMU-04 is also included.

TMU-04 Leg-to-Leg Clamp (Stainless Steel): Connects platforms with two legs to ensure stable platform setup.

Our TM300 platforms are certified for a load capacity of 750 kg / m2, meeting the following safety standards:

Directive 2001/95 / EC: the product safety requirements of the European Parliament of 3 December 2001
Rule 17 of DGUV: Stage installations and installations for the event industry

In order to meet these safety standards, Factory Safety Factor 1.95 is required. The load and safety tests for the TM300 GUIL platform were 2,340 kg.
