Description:
Waterproof modular deck, certified for a load capacity of 500 kg/m2 consisting of a sturdy aluminium frame and a transparent panel (20 mm). 2 metallic connectors included: 1 x TMU-01 & 1 x TMU-02.
TM440-M/1×1 deck offers the best solution for any lightweight function, with the possibility of multiple configurations, either for permanent or temporary events (podiums, decoration, exhibitions, conferences, catwalks, etc).
Thanks to their transparent panel and aluminium frame, TM440-M/1×1 decks are the perfect option for both indoor and outdoor events, even in swimming pools!

Panel:
TM440-M/1X1 decks have a 20 mm thick transparent panel.
The panel is secured to the frame structure by means of aluminium rivets which prevent possible noises and vibrations.

Frame:
The legs are easily and quickly secured into the sockets in the frame with a pressure wedge that is tightened by an ergonomic metal knob; guaranteeing a secure and strong connection.
Our decks do not require under-panel reinforcing crossbars, as we use a 15 mm thick methacrylate panel and reinforced aluminium frame which guarantee maximum strength.
TM440-M/1X1 decks have a 20 mm thick transparent panel.

GUIL produces six types of platform legs made of high-strength aluminum and all with rounded edges:
- PTA5-T: Telescopic legs, adjustable millimeter per millimeter.
- PTA5-D: Telescopic legs with a height adjustable millimeter per millimeter.
- PTA5-P: Telescopic legs with locking pin and level, adjustable millimeter per millimeter.
- PTA-R: Telescopic legs with a hinge to make an angle for ramps or sloping settings.
- PTA5-F: Platform fixed platform feet.
- PTA5-N: Fixed leg altitudes with a level.
Connectors:
TMU-01 Profile Coupler: TM440, TM440XL, TM440XXL, TM300, TM440S and TM441 platform quick coupler that connects platforms to their rails. The TMU-01 coupling, made of galvanized surface, is designed to connect platforms located at the same height.
The profile connector and t level are a useful component as it ensures that the platforms are seamlessly held together and are perfectly level.
TMU-02 Frame Clamp Connector (Stainless Steel): Connects the workpiece to the underside of the frame, enhancing the stability of the entire scene.
Note: For every 4 telescopically stacked 70-120cm or higher legs, one stainless steel clamp connector to the foot Ref. TMU-04 is also included.
TMU-04 Leg-to-Leg Clamp (Stainless Steel): Connects platforms with two legs to ensure stable platform setup.
