The TMT model is an acoustic support for fastening and insulation of structural profiles, which constitute acoustic partition walls made of plasterboard.
These profiles are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.56 millimeters, consisting of vertical elements (frame of 48 mm) and horizontal (channel 50 mm).

The construction of the acoustic core is made of high quality polymer with anti-rust treatment "MEGOL IA 50 C-UG / UVI F / 61 P1250SPE", strictly manufactured according to the standard (UNE EN 13964).
The material in red is recommended for loads between 200N and 700N as a maximum load.

Fastening system

An MM screw is used to attach to the profile. This would allow a screw to be drilled into the metal sheet
with a thickness of 0.8 mm and enter the TMT-50-R.

Application example (pictured)

Acoustic partition wall formed by a double gypsum board (15 +13). The supporting structure
to build the system is 48 mm wide (FRAME and CHANNEL). The height of the system is 2850 mm.
The division of the frames in the distance between the 2 axes is 600 mm. TMT-50 R dampers must be located
below the channel of 48 mm which is located between the frames.
