Security:
Lift tower ref. The ELC-780 comes with two security systems; guarantee maximum reliability during the process of lifting and lowering loads:
1. Self-actuating winch from the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO Ref. AL-KO OPTIMA 901 (900 Kg). The self-actuating brake winch system prevents drag and paralyzes the load to the desired height.After reaching the desired height, when the winch lever is stopped, its braking mechanism begins to work, preventing the load from pulling and stopping.
2. ASB System (Automatic Locking System) Zipper system with safety pins. In case of extreme cable breakage, the system will immediately block the tower section, preventing any displacement of the load. The construction of this lift tower is carried out with the most modern welding equipment, which guarantees maximum safety and stability, responding at all times to the requirements for strength, maneuverability and lightness required for lifting loads.

VERY IMPORTANT: ELC lifting towers are NOT made for lifting people.
Lifting load:
The load is lifted using only the brake winch Ref. AL-KO OPTIMA 901 (900 Kg) .After reaching the desired height, when the winch lever is stopped, its braking mechanism begins to work, preventing the load from pulling and stopping. The sections are extended by galvanized steel washers and cable : 7 × 19 + 0) specially designed for lifting loads (DIN 3060). The tower is equipped with a bubble level to facilitate its vertical adjustment.
Note: The telescopic sections are adjusted to the desired height by locking the locks (essential during use).
Sections:
The rising tower consists of 4 sections of high-grade steel with a special coating of epoxy paint for the exterior. Its termination allows us to install the lift tower outdoors, ensuring its good maintenance and avoiding oxidation of its parts.
The sections are equipped with:
a) Large bushes welded into its terminal for greater reinforcement.
b) Special regulation system to avoid gaps between sections (on four sides).
c) double re-routing of the reel.
d) Protection plates for covering washers; avoiding damage during handling and transporting the tower and preventing the cable from escaping.
e) The last section is equipped with an ergonomically designed metal bushing.
Basis
Compact base 42 x 42 cm, specially designed to allow access to the tower in tight spaces. The tower is equipped with four interchangeable legs, equipped with double leveling spindles (higher speed), non-slip chromed steel disks and injected rubber, which guarantees perfect fit to all types of surfaces.
Transportation:
The tower is equipped with four heavy rotating wheels for easy handling and transportation. The wheels are fixed to the base with a steel plate, with four screws per wheel; this guarantees maximum fixation even in jobs where it is necessary to move the tower on uneven floors.
ELC-780 towers are equipped with a handle for easy transportation.
