5. Delegate microphone functions

- Priority function: the chairman microphone can turn off the delegate microphones with the Clear button at any time.
- Chairman Microphone Only Mode: The delegate microphone cannot be turned on again after the chairman microphone priority button is pressed. The chairman microphone must first exit this mode and then the delegate microphone can be turned on again.
