Description:
The system is designed to be effective over a wide frequency range of 50 to 5,000Hz, where it covers sound pressure from a music system and low-frequency noise from machines such as diesel
generators, compressors and more. The specially selected silicone suspensions of the Spanish company Senor allow the system to vary in the choice of thickness, which is suitable for each individual case. The use of synthetic wool for acoustic material, which gives better acoustic performance, complies with the environmentally friendly product standards. The gypsum plasterboard in combination with the soundproofing membrane provide the necessary weight to reduce the passage of sound waves between rooms. The finishing gypsum board is selected to be easily processed and prepared for paint. The soundproofing membrane is also specially selected so as to have maximum plasticity to create sufficient shear resistance between the panels and to reduce the resonance effect of the matching frequencies. The elastic microporous rubber band separates the plasterboard and membrane panels from the contact elements of the floor and ceiling slabs and the surrounding perpendicular walls.

How our system works:
The simplified model used for system design is the vibro-acoustic mass-spring-mass model (see drawing and graph), where m1 is the mass of the existing wall, m2 is the total mass of the gypsum board, membrane and gypsum board .The markings k and d represent the elastic connection between the two masses (anti-vibration suspension) and the damping porous plane (synthetic wool). In general, the influence of the physical parameters of the system can be represented in the following graph:
The effect of the elastic bond between the wall and the panels is defined by a number of suspension parameters, such as dynamic stiffness, viscosity, natural frequency and frequency-dependent elasticity. All of these parameters are combined and carefully designed for each system to minimize the transmission of structural vibrations from the existing wall to the combined panels. with the wall
