The DJM-A9's next-generation club sound comes from extensive development and fine-tuning of existing technology from previous units, plus brand new components. The channel input section is equipped with a 32-bit high-quality ESS A/D converter for crystal clear high-resolution sound, while the main and output sections of the cab use 32-bit high-quality D/A converters from this brand so you can to experience sound from the booth monitors that is the same as the crowd hears on the dance floor. Even the sound quality of the microphone input and headphone outputs has been improved with highly selected new parts and design optimization.

Advanced game:

The increased spacing around the EQ knobs gives you the freedom to rotate your fingers, and the high-quality, bright LEDs in the channel channel make it easier than ever to visually understand volume levels. You can perform more dynamically than any, thanks to the frequency response of the isolators, which are optimized to make the most of the latest music production features. And with higher-quality, smooth channel faders from the DJM-900NXS2, plus the third-generation MAGVEL FADER crossfader, you can enjoy silky-smooth mixing and fast, stable scratching.

Sound Color FX with the world's first centering rotary knob - Center Lock:

Turn on the brand new Center Lock feature and when using the popular Sound Color FX, each knob will stop rotating when you reach the center position. This means you can turn the knob as fast as you like, getting the effect right up to the maximum on the hi or down to the minimum on the low parameter, without the risk of going too far and switching to the opposite parameter. When you turn off Center Lock, the Sound knobs Color FX work the same way as those on the DJM-900NXS2.
