Description<\/strong>: YTONG is a material with low bulk density, but due to its cellular structure the walls built with it have an airborne noise insulation index R´w 2 dB higher than solid walls (brick, concrete, stone, etc.) with the same surface density, i.e. with the same weight for 1 m². YTONG exterior walls with a thickness of 30 and 35 cm, in addition to having the normatively required thermal insulation properties, also meet the requirements of the \"Standards for the design of noise protection\". Only in strictly specific cases, with a particularly high equivalent level of external noise, the use of a material with a higher volume density class or multi-layer facade constructions is resorted to.<\/p>\n
