This wind-up stand consists of four telescopic sections made in strong steel (S235 JRH, DIN EN 10219-1:2006), each section has a welded reinforced ending, for maximum strength and is finished in a textured, black, anti-scratch, powder coating (Epoxy) to protect it from moisture exposure. This feature makes the lift suitable for outdoor use, guaranteeing maximum corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n

These sturdy sections are extended by means of a Ø 5 mm (0.24″) steel wire rope with independent galvanised steel core, specially manufactured for lifting heavy loads (resistance: 2150 kg (4739.94 lb), DIN 3069), that is guided by self-lubricating pulleys with bearings.<\/p>\n

These mast sections are blocked by means of safety bolts; these safety bolts are an essential element while using this lift to block & unblock the mast sections at the desired height.<\/p>\n

All pulleys and the roller-cable guide have protective metal plates, which have two main functions:<\/p>\n

– To prevent damage during the lift handling.
– To stop the wire from coming out of the pulleys.<\/p>\n

The compact base of 420 x 420 mm (1’4.53″ x 1’4.53″), that offers corridor and single-door access is specially designed for easy transportation and storage.<\/p>\n

Base is manufactured in sturdy steel (S235 JRH DIN EN 10219-1:2006) and finished in a textured, black, anti-scratch powder coating (Epoxy) special for outdoor use. Its base is provided with four heavy-duty swivel castors (Ø 100 mm \/ 3.94″) to make handling and transport much easier.<\/p>\n

The four folding stabiliser legs have magnetic fastener bolts so they are less likely to be lost, and come complete with adjustable strengthening braces to correctly level the tower using the spirit level as a reference.<\/p>\n

ELC-640 is equipped with two safety systems which guarantee maximum reliability and resistance:
1.- It is equipped with an AL-KO CF900 COMPACT hand winch with automatic braking system. Its auto-block system ensures the load remains in position whenever the handle is released.
2.- ASB System (Automatic Safety Blocking System).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
