Special partition wall made of four panels of 13 mm thick plasterboard and high viscoelastic membrane ViscoLAM 65 (4mm) 6.5kg \/ m²2 between the layers, fixed on each side with a double structure of stainless steel profiles 48mm wide, with vertical profiles (600mm distance between them) and horizontal (bending profiles).<\/p>\n

The system is made with ChovANAPA 4cm PANEL 600 (acoustic polyester nappa absorbent material) placed between the fasteners.<\/p>\n

Installation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Mount the metal structures of the partition wall according to the installation instructions of the plasterboard systems, with a distance of 600 mm between the profiles. Prior to installing all perimeter profiles, add the ELASTOBAND 50 strip to the metal profile.
Insert the ChovANAPA 4cm PANEL 600 Acoustic Absorbent Material between the profiles.
Place the first 13mm gypsum plasterboard on the metal grid according to the installation instructions for gypsum board systems.
Fix the ViscoLAM insulation material to the plasterboard using any of the following methods:
using metal screws with a washer
using clamps 8-10 or 12mm
by means of a contact adhesive
The membrane sheets are glued together side by side to the gypsum board covering its joints.<\/p>\n

5. Place the second layer of 13mm plasterboard with rafters to VISCOLAM 65 and seal the joints between them, according to the installation instructions of the plasterboard systems.<\/p>\n

 Notes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

 By contacting the partition wall with the facade walls:<\/p>\n

- The inside of the façade wall must be interrupted, and the inner layer must not, in any case, close the vertical separation.<\/p>\n

In order to avoid a reduction in the efficiency of the noise insulation during the installation, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n

- Avoid coinciding with the positions of the panels of the installations on both sides of the partition wall.<\/p>\n

- Apply and fit the panels adequately<\/p>\n
