Multilayer partition wall made of two layers of dry plasterboard x 13mm and a viscoelastic layer of high viscosity membrane ViscoLAM 65 (4mm) 6.5kg \/ m² between the layers fastened on each side with a simplified structure of stainless steel profiles of 48mm width, with fasteners (vertical fasteners \/ 600mm spacing between them) and channels (horizontal elements).<\/p>\n

The system is made with ChovANAPA 4cm PANEL 600 (acoustic polyester nappa absorbent material) placed between the fasteners.<\/p>\n

Installation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1-Mount the metal structure of the partition wall according to the installation instructions of the plasterboard systems, with a distance of 600 mm between the fasteners. Before installing all channels of the perimeter, add the ELASTOBAND 50 strip to the metal profile.
2-Insert the ChovANAPA 4cm PANEL 600 Acoustic Absorbent Material between the fasteners.
3-Screw the first layer of 13mm plasterboard to the metal structure according to the installation instructions for plasterboard systems.
4-Fix the ViscoLAM membrane to the plasterboard using any of the following methods:
using metal screws with a washer
using clamps 8-10 or 12mm
by means of a contact adhesive
          The membrane sheets are glued together side by side to the gypsum board covering its joints.<\/p>\n

      5. Place the second layer of 13mm plasterboard onto the VISCOLAM 65 and seal the joints between them, according to the installation instructions of the plasterboard systems.<\/p>\n

By contacting the partition wall with the facade walls:<\/p>\n

The outside of the façade wall must be interrupted, and the inner layer should not, in any case, close the vertical separation.<\/p>\n

In order to avoid a reduction in the efficiency of the noise insulation during the installation, it is necessary to:<\/p>\n

To avoid coinciding with the boxes of the installations on both sides of the partition wall.<\/p>\n

Apply and fit the panels adequately<\/p>\n
