Description:

TM441 Platform is a heavy-duty, compact, weather resistant modular 2 x 1 m scissor platform which is made from extruded aluminium (frame), reinforced steel (folding legs/base structure) and a 100% birch phenolic plywood panel (from the brand WISA®), 21 mm thick (15 plies), non-slip panel. The TM441 deck comes with an independent height regulation system which offers 5 different height positions: 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 cm. 2 metallic connectors included: 1 x TMU-01 & 1 x TMU-02/441.

Each metre side of the platform has a handle on the underside of the frame; the height is adjusted by squeezing the handle which unblocks the scissor legs and this way each side of the platform can be adjusted independently. This main feature allows platforms to be set in a tilted position, to make ramps or tilted surfaces for multiple applications without having to use additional tools. Its height-adjustable design allows platforms to be raised and lowered to any position quickly and easily, which makes it perfect for events which are frequently assembled and unassembled.

TM441 Platform is a fully compact complete platform; there is no risk of losing any of its components, which makes it the ideal platform for temporary events. TM441 Platform has a wide range of applications; it can be used independently or joined together to create ramps, stages, podiums, catwalks, etc., making it a practical element due to its great versatility, resistance and quick assembly.

TM441 Platforms combine stability with great strength and a quick and easy assembly. They offer a perfect solution for any kind of event, from small performance ensembles to medium size stages, offering the versatility to assemble them in multiple configurations, either for semi-permanent or temporary events (podiums, concerts, theatres, exhibitions, music halls, conservatoires, television and film studios, forums, etc.). Thanks to their weather resistant 100% birch WISA plywood panel, their aluminium frame and their Epoxy painted leg structure, TM441 Platforms are a perfect solution for outdoor applications.

Frame:

TM441 Scissor Platform has a heavy-duty frame made with special aluminium profiles that are 85 mm wide, with a high load capacity.

Its multifunctional continuous rail design guarantees a quick and easy platform connection, allowing easy attachment of a wide range of accessories: access stairs, safety handrails, stage skirting, temporary grandstand seats etc.

The plywood panel is secured to the frame structure by means of strong adhesive foam, 20 stainless steel screws and silicone, which prevent possible noises and vibrations, at the same time contributing to the overall weather resistance of the deck.

Our decks do not require under-panel reinforcing crossbars, as their components guarantee maximum safety (reinforced frame profile, 100% birch plywood and fastening methods and components); exceeding the required load by the mentioned standards during the load tests carried out.

Connectors:

TM441 Platforms do not need any tools for their assembly. Each TM441 Platform comes with two types of connectors to join the platforms.

* TMU-01 Profile connector: Quick joining system for platforms TM440, TM440XL, TM300, TM440S and TM441 which connects the platforms by their profiles (rail). The TMU-01 connector, made with injection moulded metal with a zinc plated finish, is designed to join together platforms set up at the same height.

The profile connector and leveller t is a useful component as it guarantees that the platforms are held seamlessly together and are perfectly levelled. Note: 1 connector included.

* TMU-02/441 Frame clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects decks by the underside of the frames, reinforcing the stability of the entire stage.

folding leg structure

Its folding leg structure is made of reinforced steel and finished with baked on powder coating in textured, non-scratch, anthracite grey paint (epoxy coating, special for outdoor use) to reduce rusting problems. This feature, together with the fact that all the components are made with rustproof materials makes the platform suitable for outdoor use, guaranteeing maximum corrosion resistance.

The folding legs are also provided with tilting terminals with a non-slip underside, guaranteeing maximum adjustment to any surface. Its special height regulation system allows the adjusting of each end of the platform independently.

This modular platform is made according to all safety regulations; it has been developed with the most advanced and innovated technology, carefully selecting the materials used and controlling the quality of all its components; guaranteeing maximum safety and resistance and complying with all safety requirements. The combination of all these features makes the TM441 Scissor Platform a reliable, portable platform for events which require a quick and easy assembly and dismantling, guaranteeing maximum safety and durability.

Our TM441 platforms are certified for a load capacity of 750 kg/m2 complying with the following safety norms:

• DIN 15921:2015-09: Technical safety requirements and tests for aluminium platforms and frames for the Event Industry
• 2001/95/CE Directive: European Parliament product safety requirements from 3rd December 2001
• DGUV Regulation 17: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry
• DGUV Rule 115-002: Stage installations and set-ups for the Event Industry

To meet these standards a 1.65 safety factory is required.
