Description:Multi-layer sound insulation material Panel ChovACUSTIC 65 LR 70/4, 44 mm 9.3 kg / m2 (formed of mineral wool and high-density viscoelastic layer), mechanically fixed to the slab by means of ChovAFIX 8 dowels and suspended ceiling mounted by studs and simplified structure from stainless steel profiles with laminated plasterboard 13 mm.

The system is prepared with ChovANAPA 6 cm PANEL 40 panels (acoustic absorbent mineral wool) placed on the gypsum board.

Installation:

1. First you need to check that the surface has no gaps and cracks. Then the panel is mounted on the surface, with the viscoelastic layer remaining visible and a hole is made in the center of the panel.

The depth must be at least 4 cm.

2. Fix with a ChovAFIX 8 dowel by means of a hammer. Dowels are placed in all four side corners of the panel.

3. Install the other panels in the same way, covering the entire surface, leaving no space between them. All joints are taped with ELASTOBAND 50 self-adhesive tape to ensure absolute sealing of the surface.

4. Fix the studs and place the hangers, mount them to the profiles. The suspension distance is at least 15 cm.

5. Mount the 13 mm drywall to the metal structure and fill the joints between the elements following the installation instructions of the drywall systems.

6. Place the ChovANAPA 6 cm PANEL 400 acoustic absorbent material on the metal base and plasterboard.
