These new series dampers are designed to reduce and eliminate the transmission of vibrations caused by
shocks, shackles or vibrating mechanical energies caused by systems that cause acoustic pollution
above permissible levels (20 Hz).
The acoustic core is designed with high quality rust treated polymer according to European standard.
Megol is a product designed to prevent the product from aging.
It is also patented. The design incorporates a recess in the interior for perfect screwing +
washer if necessary.

Example project for acoustic floor with TS-60:
Step 1:
We begin by applying an elastic micro-cellular product type BEC-20 to the vertical ones
walls as interior fringing. Medium-dense textile or fiber wool is then placed
(30kg / m3) over the entire surface. Then we mark the position of the damper. We also cut with a knife
we remove excess material and put the TS-60 in its place.
We put the damper in a grid of x 0.6 m = 0.36 m2
Step 2:
For proper operation of the damper, it is recommended that DMF-16 boards be placed on the product.
In this way, a uniform distribution of weight is achieved so that the deformation of the damper is
be according to preliminary calculations.
Step 3:
After the DMF boards are positioned on each TS-60 damper, a plastic sheet with
2 to 4 mm thickness to prevent moisture from seeping into other materials when applied
the compression layer. It should be borne in mind that there will be no hermetic connections on the surface with
DMF boards. The entire surface must be covered with a plastic sheet to create a waterproof
a film to protect the acoustic materials below.
Step 4:
Before pouring concrete, it is recommended to place a metal grill to strengthen the compression layer
and to strengthen the system with more mechanical resistance.
Step 5:
Finally, pour the 70mm thick compression molding, ending the acoustic noise system.
